About the role
Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.
The role. Run the parts storeroom the way mills always have: critical spares, issue and return, min/max, and clean records.
What you'll do:
- Manage MRO storeroom receiving, stocking, and issuing
- Maintain min/max levels and cycle counts
- Kit parts for planned maintenance
- Track warranty and repairable items
- Keep storeroom organization and records tight
What you'll bring:
- Storeroom, parts room, or inventory experience (industrial preferred)
- CMMS or inventory system fluency
- Forklift certification or willingness to certify
- High school diploma or GED
Full training provided — no prior industry experience required.
Pay range: $48,000 – $62,000 per year
