We're seeking a brilliant Compression Engineer to join our revolutionary data compression platform. The ideal candidate will help advance our proprietary middle-out compression algorithm and drive innovation in data compression technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and enhance our core compression engine
- Improve Weissman score metrics across all implementations
- Develop and maintain compression infrastructure
- Collaborate with R&D on next-gen compression solutions
Requirements
- MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years experience with data compression algorithms
- Strong C++ and distributed systems knowledge
- Track record of compression optimization
- Experience with performance profiling and benchmarking
