About the role
Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.
The role. Lead security officers on shift, ensuring posts are covered and procedures followed across the campus.
What you'll do:
- Supervise officers and post rotations on shift
- Handle access exceptions and visitor escalations
- Lead first response to security events on shift
- Complete shift reports and pass-downs
- Train and coach officers
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years security experience, 1+ in a lead role
- Calm judgment in escalations
- Clean background check and valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
Pay range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year
