About the role
Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.
The role. Protect the campus: staff access points, conduct patrols, and monitor systems at a high-security industrial site.
What you'll do:
- Staff entry control points and process visitors/vendors
- Conduct interior and perimeter patrols
- Monitor surveillance and alarm systems
- Write clear incident and activity reports
- Support emergency response procedures
What you'll bring:
- 1+ years security, military, or public-safety experience preferred
- Professional presence and strong reliability
- Clean background check
- High school diploma or GED
Full training provided — no prior industry experience required.
Pay range: $42,000 – $54,000 per year
