About the role
Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.
The role. Move the big stuff: rigging, forklifts, telehandlers, and cranes supporting equipment installation across the campus.
What you'll do:
- Plan and execute rigging and equipment moves
- Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and aerial lifts
- Support vendor crane operations and offloads
- Inspect and maintain rigging gear
- Keep lift plans and records
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years rigging/equipment operation in industrial environments
- Certified crane/rigging experience valued
- Strong safety discipline
- Valid driver's license
Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly.
Pay range: $58,000 – $78,000 per year
