About the role
Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.
The role. Own reliability engineering for the campus: failure analysis, maintenance strategy, and availability modeling.
What you'll do:
- Build FMEA-driven maintenance strategies
- Analyze failures and drive corrective engineering
- Own critical spares analysis with procurement
- Model availability against SLA commitments
- Drive predictive maintenance adoption
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years reliability/plant engineering
- CMRP or equivalent a plus
- Strong data analysis skills
- BS in engineering
Pay range: $110,000 – $140,000 per year
