What You'll Do

  • Handle acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions, including large and complex deals.

  • Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and related transactional instruments.

  • Work with partners on matters for developers, institutional investors, private equity funds, foreign and domestic investors, and family offices.

  • Advise on Florida real estate matters, including engagements referred by firms outside the state.

  • Support mixed-use development, condominium redevelopment, transit-oriented projects, and cross-border investment transactions.

What We're Looking For

  • Three to six years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience at a major or strong regional law firm.

  • Experience across real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and leases.

  • A Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school, strong academic credentials, and eligibility to sit for the Florida Bar. Florida Bar admission is not required at hire.

  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to client service and teamwork.

  • Leasing, development, or hospitality transaction experience is a plus.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $240,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on experience. The role is eligible for a year-end bonus based on a 1,900 billable-hour target. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k). Relocation assistance and Florida Bar costs are covered for out-of-market hires.
