About the role
Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.
The role. Inspect DPU modules and incoming material against acceptance criteria before anything ships to the halls.
What you'll do:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection
- Document defects and disposition material
- Maintain inspection records and traceability
- Calibrate and care for inspection tools
- Support audits
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years in electronics manufacturing, test, or lab operations
- Able to work to ESD, IPC-A-610, and traceability standards (training provided)
- Careful documentation habits and quality-first mindset
- High school diploma or GED; electronics training or military experience valued
Full training provided — no prior industry experience required.
Pay range: $48,000 – $62,000 per year
