About the role
Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.
The role. Own product and process quality for the DPU line: inspection standards, CAPA, and supplier quality.
What you'll do:
- Define inspection criteria and quality plans
- Run CAPA and root-cause investigations
- Manage supplier quality for key components
- Own traceability and records systems
- Report quality metrics
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years quality engineering in electronics
- 8D/CAPA methodology experience
- IPC-A-610 knowledge
- BS in engineering or equivalent
Pay range: $90,000 – $115,000 per year
