About the role
Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.
The role. Plan DPU production: build schedules, material readiness, and coordination between supply chain and the floor.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain the master production schedule
- Coordinate material availability for builds
- Balance capacity against demand from the campus ramp
- Track WIP and delivery performance
- Run planning meetings
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years production planning/scheduling
- MRP/ERP experience
- Strong spreadsheet and data skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly.
Pay range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year
