About the role
We are seeking a Software Engineer to work on our implementation team, owning technical onboarding and customer integrations. This is a role requiring strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a consultative mindset.
What You’ll Do:
Lead technical implementations of Scaffold for new customers.
Configure integrations between Scaffold, builder portals, and contractor data systems.
Collaborate with customers to understand business processes and tailor workflows.
Translate customer needs into product feedback and improvements.
Develop documentation, guides, and training materials.
Develop new tools and processes to make customer implementations more consistent and configurable.
Serve as the primary technical contact during onboarding and early adoption.
Work closely with product and support to resolve issues and accelerate time-to-value.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or customer success engineering. SaaS background preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong Python and SQL proficiency. Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data flows.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
People Skills: Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
