About the role
Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.
The role. Keep the campus presentable and safe: grounds, snow/ice program, janitorial coordination, and exterior upkeep.
What you'll do:
- Manage grounds and seasonal snow/ice removal
- Coordinate janitorial and waste services
- Maintain exterior lighting, signage, and fencing basics
- Manage groundskeeping equipment
- Support event and tour readiness
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years grounds/building services experience
- Equipment operation experience (mowers, plows, lifts)
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
Pay range: $52,000 – $65,000 per year
