  • Enterprise integrations that operationalize predictions directly inside EHR, care-coordination, billing, and compliance workflows

Today, our technology touches 40,000+ post-acute patients daily across skilled-nursing, home-health, and home-care networks. We are backed by leading healthcare and AI investors and headquartered in El Segundo, CA.

About the Role

As our Field Technician, you’ll report to the Head of Field Operations and make sure our sensors reach the right sites, work reliably and stay accounted for. You’ll handle the physical side of our platform: order fulfillment, 3PL coordination, device inventory and on-site and phone support across the Los Angeles area. You’ll work closely with Customer Success and Operations so every facility gets working hardware on time.

What You'll Do

  • Install, mount and configure Circadia C100 sensors at healthcare facilities across the LA area, working with contracted installation vendors
  • Provide phone and on-site technical support to facility staff, resolving device and tablet issues quickly and clearly
  • Monitor the Circadia tablet and C100 devices in the field, troubleshoot problems and do routine hands-on maintenance
  • Connect devices to facility networks, including Wi-Fi and VLAN setup, and fix connectivity issues
  • Fulfill device and supply orders end to end in ShipStation, working daily with our third-party logistics (3PL) partner on receipts, shipments, stock levels and discrepancies
  • Track every device through its full lifecycle (deployed, in transit, returned, refurbished, retired) and run regular inventory counts that reconcile ShipStation, 3PL reports and internal asset records
  • Process returns, swaps and RMAs, then diagnose returned hardware and route it to repair, redeployment or retirement
  • Adaptability and Fast-Paced Environment: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks with precision and composure, ensuring our customers' needs are promptly met.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in order fulfillment
  • Working proficiency with ShipStation or other order fulfillment platforms
  • Experience with asset or inventory management, including lifecycle tracking and reconciliation
  • Basic IT networking knowledge, including Wi-Fi and VLAN configuration
  • Experience mounting and installing equipment with power tools
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and supporting non-technical users by phone and in person
  • Experience supporting staff in healthcare or a similar care setting, by phone and in person, with patience, empathy and respect for patient privacy
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and ability to travel to healthcare facility sites as needed, including occasional overnight travel
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment (25-50 lbs) and perform installation work that may include reaching, bending, or working at heights

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience installing or maintaining medical or healthcare-related equipment
  • Experience working with a 3PL partner
  • Experience coordinating with third-party vendors or contractors
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - a plus given the Los Angeles market
