About the role
Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.
The role. Lead the NeuralSync DPU program at Chillicothe end to end: hardware development, final assembly & test operations, and the validation lab that supports the campus's ongoing expansion.
What you'll do:
- Own program roadmap, budget, and delivery across dev and manufacturing
- Build and lead the engineering and production organization
- Own CM and supplier relationships for upstream fabrication
- Drive quality, yield, and cost targets
- Represent the program to executives, customers, and partners
What you'll bring:
- 10+ years in hardware programs, 5+ in leadership
- Experience taking boards/modules from NPI to production
- Strong CM/supply-chain fluency
- BS in EE/CE or equivalent experience
Pay range: $170,000 – $210,000 per year
