What You’ll Do

Investor Relations & Fundraising (~50%)

  • Shape fundraising strategy and narrative: Partner closely with founders to craft a compelling investment thesis that investors can confidently champion internally.

  • Target the right investors: Identify and prioritize high-potential investors.

  • Build investor conviction: Develop trusted relationships through consistent, strategic engagement.

  • Navigate fund dynamics: Understand decision-makers, internal processes, and objections to proactively drive investment decisions.

  • Execute fundraising: Partner with founders on pitches, investor materials, due diligence, and closing.

  • Own investor communications: Lead regular investor updates, reporting, and follow-ups to keep investors informed and engaged.

Chief of Staff (~50%)

  • Act as a strategic thought partner and force multiplier for the founders.

  • Own high-impact strategic projects end-to-end, including M&A opportunities and partnerships.

  • Step into critical business functions as needed, avoiding premature hires.

  • Drive execution on the company's most important priorities.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating across functions.

  • Ideally: Experience as a founder, Chief of Staff, or strategic operator at an early-stage or fast-growing startup.

  • Ideally: Technical fluency, can understand complex tech and translate it for investors without dumbing it down.
