About Devotion

Devotion is building a new model for how brands grow through creators.

We help consumer brands turn the people who love them into active creator communities. Our proprietary AI platform powers creator discovery, outreach, gifting, and engagement, while our team brings the brand strategy, cultural instincts, and execution that make those communities thrive. Together, we help brands build relationships with thousands of creators and generate authentic content at scale.

Founded by former TikTok executive Jonathan Kroopf and Parade founder Cami Téllez, Devotion works with a growing roster of consumer brands, including major Fortune 500 enterprises. Our programs have generated over a billion impressions and engaged tens of thousands of creators. We’re backed by major seed investors, including Basecase Capital and Will Ventures, along with founders from Away, Ramp, and Twitch.

We believe the next generation of influential brands will be built through participation. We’re creating the technology and operating model to make that possible—and building an AI-native company along the way.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders and help shape Devotion’s next chapter.

You’ll work across strategy, business development, partnerships, and internal operations, with visibility into our most important decisions and real ownership over moving them forward. One week, you might develop a pitch for a global consumer brand or explore a partnership with a major platform. The next, you might build an AI workflow that changes how our team operates, evaluate a new business opportunity, or lead an initiative from idea through launch.

You’ll become the central nervous system of the company: connecting people and information, anticipating what needs attention, and helping the founders and team move with focus and speed. The role also includes hands-on administrative and executive support. Preparing for an important meeting, coordinating schedules, and keeping commitments on track are part of helping the company succeed.

Where You’ll Have an Impact

  • Help build and win new business. Work alongside the founders on enterprise pitches, proposals, and commercial strategy. Research prospective clients, develop compelling presentations, prepare for key conversations, and drive follow-through.

  • Develop strategic partnerships. Identify opportunities across platforms, technology companies, agencies, and the creator ecosystem. Help assess the fit, shape the opportunity, and turn promising conversations into active partnerships.

  • Build an AI-native organization. Create tools, agents, and workflows that improve research, reporting, knowledge sharing, pitch preparation, and internal coordination. Help teammates adopt them and measure whether they make the team more effective.

  • Own strategic initiatives. Bring structure to open-ended questions, evaluate tradeoffs, and lead projects through execution. These could include a new offering, a pricing experiment, a market opportunity, or an improvement to how we deliver client programs.

  • Keep the company connected. Help translate priorities into clear owners and next steps. Connect insights across client services, creator operations, product, and engineering, and resolve issues that span teams.

  • Support the founders day to day. Coordinate important meetings and schedules, prepare agendas and briefing materials, manage follow-ups, and assist with travel and other administrative needs. Anticipate what will help the founders use their time well and keep important work moving.

What You Bring

You’re ambitious, resourceful, and excited by the chance to help build a company. You combine analytical rigor with strong writing, commercial instincts, and the willingness to handle the details.

  • You’re deeply AI-native. You’ve built useful workflows, automations, agents, or tools and can explain what they improved. You know how to evaluate outputs and make a promising experiment reliable enough for everyday use.

  • You think clearly and communicate well. You can build a financial model, evaluate an opportunity, and turn your analysis into a sharp recommendation or persuasive presentation.

  • You take ownership. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, move independently, and follow through—from the initial research to the final detail.

  • You earn trust. You work effectively across teams, exercise discretion, and are comfortable representing the founders in important conversations.

  • You’re organized and adaptable. You can move between strategic projects and administrative work, bringing care and judgment to both.

Your background might include consulting, investment banking, strategy, business operations, or an early-stage startup. We’re interested in what you’ve accomplished, how you think, and what you can build. Curiosity about consumer brands, creators, and culture will help you connect with the business we’re creating.

Why Devotion

You’ll work closely with experienced founders, contribute to major client and partnership conversations, and help shape a company at the intersection of AI, creators, and consumer brands.

Your impact will be visible in the business we win, the opportunities we pursue, and the systems that help the team accomplish more. As Devotion grows, you’ll have the opportunity to grow with it and take on increasing responsibility across the company.
