About the role
iMentor is seeking an Associate Director of Fundraising Systems and Analytics to build and run the systems, data, and processes behind a growing national fundraising program. Reporting to the VP of Philanthropy and Development Operations, this role is the operational backbone of iMentor's development function.
This role ensures iMentor's fundraisers have what they need to do their work: accurate data, reliable reporting, well-run systems, and program information they can put in front of a funder with confidence. It partners closely with colleagues across Development, Organizational Learning, Program Impact, and Finance.
The successful candidate will be comfortable creating structure, managing both detailed administrative work and larger projects, and identifying practical ways to improve operations.

Own the process by which outcome and impact data moves from Organizational Learning and the Program Impact team into proposals, reports, and donor communications, including maintaining an approved set of externally citable metrics and running an annual data refresh. Build and maintain the institutional grants calendar so that every team knows when proposals, reports, and supporting data are due. Ensure grant records in Salesforce stay accurate and current, including grant periods, payment schedules, restrictions, and reporting deadlines.Fundraising Systems and Operational Support
Serve as the owner of iMentor's fundraising technology stack and related platforms, managing vendor relationships and evaluating new tools as needed. Maintain the contract and renewal calendar for all development systems. Use AI tools, including iMentor's enterprise Claude environment, to streamline development operations and reduce manual work.
