About the Role
Bring hands-on construction project management judgment to an AI-powered construction technology team developing 4D scheduling capabilities. You will help ensure its planning tools reflect how complex projects are actually planned and delivered.
What You'll Do
Help design and develop scheduling capabilities that combine 3D models with construction timelines and planning data.
Guide product and engineering decisions with practical experience in construction planning and execution.
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings in your day-to-day work.
Partner with engineers on technical and AI-related work without needing to code.
Work in person with the team in San Francisco about one week per month.
What We're Looking For
Eight or more years of construction project management experience spanning project planning and execution, including end-to-end ownership of projects or management of project managers.
Experience managing multiple complex construction projects across the United States, preferably with a general contractor.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings.
Experience owning schedules using P6/Primavera or 4D/BIM tools, and using or building AI or automation to improve scheduling.
Construction scheduling, technology, or AI experience alongside a construction background. This role extends beyond on-site field execution alone.
Located in the United States and able to work in person in San Francisco about one week per month.
Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder. A civil engineering or construction management background is helpful.
