About the role

You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."

You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details.

THE WORK:

You’ll manage projects through all phases, from preconstruction through closeout, including internal and external project teams. You’ll lead and participate in project meetings and client presentations, clearly communicating goals, timelines, and deliverables to project teams, clients, and stakeholders. You’ll manage project financials, including budgets and cashflows, validate project-team invoices and contractor pay applications against contract terms, and develop and submit related reporting. You’ll support preconstruction services, including project systems, team selection and procurement, milestone schedules, reporting, deliverable tracking, and constructability and cost-estimate reviews. You’ll review contract documents, including plans, specifications, and reports, and maintain current documentation on project progress, performance, purchase requisitions, claims, and other critical project information. You’ll work with the Project Team to resolve field issues, monitor the contractor’s baseline schedule against contract documents and project requirements, and help prevent delays or cost overruns. You’ll oversee Submittals, RFIs, Pay Applications, and Change Management to support timely, accurate documentation and approvals. You’ll build strong client relationships to support repeat business, contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and presentations, and mentor project staff by delegating responsibilities and motivating the team.

WORK LOCATION:

Flexible: this role mixes remote work, client sites and Accenture offices.

Every role here has some in-person time — for collaboration, for learning, and because capital projects happen in physical places. We'll be as flexible as we can around how you make that work.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or Related Field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of Project Management in the Construction industry

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Professional licensure in architecture, engineering, or construction related field or certified Construction Manager
  • Experience with working with the State of Georgia agencies and Higher Educational institutions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and superior active listening skills.
  • Creative and advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to transfer prior experience to new projects.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

  • The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
  • You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
  • AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
  • Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
  • Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
  • Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
  • Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
