About the role
You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
THE WORK:
- You’ll review contractor Primavera P6 baseline construction schedules, identify missing scope, logic, or milestones, analyze the critical path and cost loading, and provide written technical comments using LAUSD’s structured review templates.
- You’ll review monthly contractor schedule updates and document milestone slippage, critical-path activity slippage, and overall schedule analysis using LAUSD’s structured review templates.
- You’ll create Primavera P6 activity filters, layouts, and bar charts to help project-management teams analyze critical-path construction schedule issues.
- You’ll perform quality assurance and quality control reviews of contractor schedule submissions for conformance with contract scope, contract terms, and scheduling guidelines.
- You’ll review P6 program schedules and validate logic ties for various project types.
- You’ll use program-level standard codes, layouts, and reports to maintain data integrity.
- You’ll create Earned Value Curves using LAUSD EVA template guidelines and prepare project reports as requested by scheduling management
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- At least three years of full-time, paid professional scheduling experience for an owner or general contractor, or scheduling experience across projects within a program
- Proficiency with the latest version of Primavera and Microsoft Office Suite
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university in architecture, engineering, construction management, construction engineering, or a related field
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Scheduling experience supporting multiple educational-facility or public-works projects
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
- You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
- AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
- Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
- Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
- Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
- Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
